Form Maker - Privacy Options
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force on May 25, 2018 to protect the privacy of EU residents. It governs how the personal data of EU citizens is collected, stored, and processed throughout the Internet. WordPress Form Maker plugin allows you to build GDPR compliant WordPress forms by providing privacy settings.
Edit your form and navigate to Form Options page. Press Privacy tab to access its settings.
Save User IP Address to Database
By default, Form Maker plugin stores the IP address of the submitter, to help you identify the submission. With this option, you can disable collecting submitter IP address to the database of your website.
Save User Data to Database
Just like IP addresses, the plugin saves the username and email address of the logged in user who submits the form. Disable this option to stop storing this information to the database of your website.
